What ground support covers

Permits
Commercial film, drone, marine, park-access, indigenous-name authorisation under NEMBA. We submit, follow up, and hand you paper.

Location scout
Pre-trip recce on your brief — photography, video, written notes on access, light direction, weather windows, neighbouring crews.

Fleet
4×4 convoy from Windhoek or Walvis Bay. Camera car, talent car, crew transport, equipment truck. Self-recovery gear, satellite comms, fuel reserves.

Crew
Local 1st AC, gaffer, grip, runner — supplements your travelling crew. Producer-side: 1st AD, location manager, fixer-on-set.

Accommodation
Lodges, fly-camps, dune camps. Block-booked through our partners — better rates than direct, and we hold the day-of relationship.

Catering & comms
On-set catering, water, first-aid medic on extended days. Satellite phone + Garmin inReach for remote work.
