Brunello arrived with their own creative team and a shot list. We brought the country. Permits, fleet, fly-camp accommodation, local 1st AC, gaffer, grip, runner — the full ground operation that lets a visiting Italian crew land, shoot, and fly home without losing a day.

The campaign register — slow, tonal, focused on cloth and light — read naturally against the Namib palette. We pre-scouted with the DP three weeks ahead, built the day-by-day around the weather window, and held a contingency day for fog. We didn't need it.
