One photographer. One season.
A six-month, one-to-one mentorship for emerging photographers. Monthly call + portfolio review, two on-location working days in Namibia, and ongoing feedback between. Limited to two mentees per year.

02 — Workshops
Group — quarterly
Small groups. Real locations.
Four-day photography workshops on Namibian locations Lex shoots commercially. Capped at six photographers. Production support included — vehicles, permits, accommodation, set tea. The brief is editorial; the practice is real.

03 — Industry training
For studios & brands
Producing in Namibia.
A two-day intensive for studios and in-house brand teams who'll be producing in Namibia themselves. Permits, locations, fixers, fleet logistics, weather, crew. Practical, document-driven, runs in Windhoek or remote.
